Meet Janeane.

A supportive space to understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with more clarity and self-trust.

About your therapist

  • Janeane offers a warm, reflective, and insight-oriented therapy space for clients who are hoping to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

Her work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and emotional safety. Rather than rushing clients toward quick answers, she supports clients in slowing down, noticing what feels emotionally charged, and exploring how present-day stressors may connect to earlier experiences, family dynamics, or internalized beliefs.

Therapy with Janeane is especially supportive for clients who are open to reflective work and want to understand not just what they are feeling, but where those feelings, patterns, and protective strategies may have come from.

  • Janeane works with adults who are carrying the long-term emotional impact of early environments where their needs may have been overlooked, minimized, or shaped by instability.

Her work is especially attuned to clients who grew up around poverty, family stress, or environments where they learned to over-function, people-please, stay quiet, or “hold it all together” in order to get through.

Many clients come to Janeane feeling stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or difficulty trusting their own decisions. They may be successful on the outside while internally questioning their worth, struggling with boundaries, or feeling disconnected from what they actually want.

She supports clients in understanding where these patterns began, how they show up in relationships and life transitions, and what it can look like to build a more grounded, self-defined sense of identity.

  • Janeane believes clients do not need to have a clear or “big enough” reason to begin therapy. Sometimes therapy begins with the simple sense that something feels off, harder than it should be, or difficult to name.

Her approach centers consistency, transparency, and respect.

She believes emotional safety means cultivating a therapeutic environment where clients feel able to share openly at their own pace without fear of judgment.

As therapy progresses, clients are supported in understanding the origins of their patterns, developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and feeling more grounded in their decisions, boundaries, and sense of worth

  • Janeane is currently in-network Anthem (Formerly Empire) Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem, and Providence Health commercial plans.
