Jewell frequently works with adolescents and young adults navigating friendships, identity, and life transitions. Many of her clients come in feeling disconnected, unsure how to express themselves, or overwhelmed by anxiety.
Jewell believes therapy should meet you where you are. At the same time, they support clients in growing their confidence, strengthening their voice, and learning how to navigate relationships more effectively over time.
In a session with Jewell, you can expect a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. Together you will create room for real conversations, while also helping you build tools to communicate more clearly, understand your emotions, and feel more connected to yourself and to others.
