  • Stephanie believes therapy is a deeply human process rooted in trust and connection. Her approach is warm, compassionate, strengths-based, and nonjudgmental.

    In sessions with Stephanie, clients are invited to explore both present struggles and past wounds at pace that feels supportive. She helps clients better understand the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping how they move through the world.

    Stephanie’s work is integrative and attachment-based, drawing from her training in approaches such as AEDP, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, she tailors therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experience.

  • Stephanie primarily works with adults & older adults navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, emotional regulation challenges, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity, meaning, and self-worth.

    Her work often resonates with clients who are seeking to reconnect with their authentic selves. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, codependency, relationship stress, disordered eating or body image concerns, substance use, and the impacts of emotional abuse or complex trauma.

    Stephanie also works with couples and individuals navigating communication challenges, conflict, intimacy concerns, infidelity, divorce, and major relational transitions.

  • Stephanie sees clients as the drivers of their own growth and change. Her role is to support, guide, and help uncover the obstacles, patterns, and protective strategies that may be keeping clients feeling stuck.

    She believes healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but also about building emotional insight, self-trust, resilience, and more secure ways of relating to oneself and others. Stephanie approaches therapy with curiosity and unconditional acceptance, honoring that every person’s story is unique.

    In a session with Stephanie, clients can expect space for reflection, emotional processing, skill-building, and deeper exploration. Her goal is to help clients feel more integrated, self-aware, and connected to their needs, values, and sense of purpose.
