About your therapist
-
Taylor’s clinical lens is rooted in trauma-informed, relational work that centers identity, power, and self-expression. Working with Taylor can be described as intentional, collaborative, and deeply affirming, with a focus on creating space for honesty, complexity, and conversations that are often left unspoken.
They approach each session with the goal of helping clients better understand themselves while gently challenging internalized narratives around identity, relationships, and desire.
-
Taylor frequently works with adults of color navigating relationship dynamics, identity development, and sexual expression. This includes clients exploring kink, nontraditional relationship structures, and alternative expressions of intimacy. Their work is especially attuned to identity-related stress, attachment patterns, and the ways cultural and relational experiences shape how we move through the world.
-
Taylor believes therapy should move at a thoughtful and sustainable pace, allowing trust to build while making room for both insight and discomfort. They recognizing that meaningful change often requires engaging with the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to avoid, minimize, or silence.

Taylor is currently in-network and accepting Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem (Formerly Empire) Blue Cross Blue Shield commercial plans.
She is currently accepting new clients & provides a complementary 15-consultation.
